Today, I had the pleasure of using Reed Plumbing and Drainage for a gas pipe job , and I couldn't be happier with the service I received, particularly from Jordan Walsh . From start to finish, my experience was outstanding, and Jordan’s friendly and professional approach made all the difference.First and foremost, the fact that they were able to accommodate an urgent next day appointment for the gas work was a lifesaver. It's not often you find a company that can respond so quickly to urgent plumbing needs. Their responsiveness already set a positive tone for the entire experience.When Jordan arrived, he greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. His knowledge and expertise were evident from the get-go, instilling confidence in the job he was about to undertake.Throughout the process, Jordan maintained a high level of professionalism. He worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring that everything was installed correctly and functioning perfectly. I could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers.What truly stood out, though, was Jordan’s willingness to go the extra mile. I am extremely happy with the high quality and professional service provided. The cost is explained to you from when you make an appointment and in detail after the work is completed. The two very hard working plumbers who carried out the plumbing work, Daniel and T.J were very lovely, down to earth, so kind and everything was explained in detail. This company is now my go to for any plumbing repairs.

Reed Plumbers returned my request immediately and was able to make a slot for us within the days.We had multiple primary and underlying pluming issues identified, with solution proposed and clearly explained. Questions on additional matters also answered professionally. Good communication throughout the process, prompt, professional, friendly, fair priced and approachable.

Tom and Harley from Reed Plumbing and Drainage Solutions were exemplary throughout the process of fixing a major blockage from a previous sewer stack issue in the property. I was super impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and ability to fix this issue as it was quite an unsettling situation.Tom and Harley’s expertise of what the problem was and how it was to be fixed, allowed me to be stress free and confident for a positive result. I also appreciated the extensive reporting in an email provided for background knowledge.I could not have had a more positive experience with Tom and Harley, highly recommend them as the best plumbers to use and deserve to be commended, rewarded and recognised for above and beyond efforts!

Dan was great! Very professional on many different levels. Talking to me he was able to explain why the Hot Water wasnt working correctly in a way I was able to understand. Dan was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Would call them again!

I am a renter who woke up to a waterfall in my living room at 0300. On a Saturday morning these guys responded within 30mins and provided a professional and thorough service. He was polite, understanding of the inconvenience this caused and appeared to do a thorough job. Given most customer service or service providers seem of fairly low standard these days, I am very grateful to have had a positive experience today. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience with Reed Plumbing and Drainage Solutions, they investigated and successfully fixed multiple gas leakages on the stove top and the main gas line.
