Sewer Pipe Relining Experts
Pipe relining is a fast and cost-effective way to repair damaged drains.
The technology we use allows our product to be installed from above ground so there is no need to dig.
Most of the water authorities in Australia prefer this method of drain rehabilitation.
This method extends the life of the drains 50+ years
What can we do?
- No-dig trenchless pipe repair
- Sewer and stormwater repair and relining.
- Remote CCTV inspection and video reports.
- In drain robotic cutting, jetting and trenchless pipe relining.
- Complex and restricted access sites.
- Repair to commercial building systems and internal downpipes and stacks.
- Repairs to pipes from 96mm to 1.5mtrs.
What are the steps of the relining procedure?
1. Inspect
2. Clean
Then, we clean the pipes with our high-pressure water jets and prepare them for relining, getting rid of any tree roots.
3. Insert
The liner is filled with resin and a deflated bladder is inserted into the liner. The liner is then inserted into the damaged pipe.
4. Inflate
Once in position, the bladder inflates and expands the liner to form the shape of the new pipe.
This creates a new pipe within the damaged one.
5. Complete
The resin cures to form a permanent replacement.
The bladder is then removed to allow for immediate use.
